The lamp is very bright, and the solar panel is quite large. I don’t think it will sustain that level of brightness for long on solar charging alone. There is the possibility of usb charging as well. Inside there is a standard phone battery and the lamp is relying on the battery’s protection circuit to manage charging. There is not much else inside.

This thing works great! I put the solar panel on top of the storage building and hung the light inside. It worked great even after only a few hours of charging. Very happy with the purchase! Not super bright but for an emergency or night light it works
